01 Introduction
I prefer meeting a potential client in person, but if that is not feasible, we will schedule a zoom call.
We will talk about the project in general, scope of work, and timelines.
I consider this a “meet and greet”.
If the decision has been made to move forward, a contract will be written and a retainer taken.
Phase 2 is the "creation" phase. This phase incurs a flat fee determined by the scope of work, paid in monthly installments based on the estimated duration of the project outlined in the contract.

03 Procurement
The “procurement” phase is the time and means for getting the vision from my head into your home. All decisions have been finalized and it is time for me to source the finishes, fixtures, appliances, etc.
Consider this a “quiet time” - not much will be required on your part
04 Installation
If furniture, accessories or window treatments are added to the scope of work, the last phase will be the “installation” phase.
Anything outside of the scope of work as specified in the contract will be billed at an hourly rate of $185/hr.
